Ingredients required

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 and 3/4 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 3/4 tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 3/4-1 tbsp sirach sauce or 1 teaspoon apple sides vinegar, to taste

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Paprika or cyenne pepper powdeer for garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil over high heat in a sauce pan, Place the eggs in the boiling water and simmer for 14 minutes.

  2. Remove the eggs out of hot water and immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for at least 5 minutes.

  3. Once the eggs are cool, peel them and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.

  4. Add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, Sirach sauce or apple cided vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mash with a fork until well combined and creamy.

  5. Use a small spoon to fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.

  6. Sprinkle each deviled egg with paprika or cyene pepper powder and chopped parsley, if using.

  7. Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
