Healthy and Super Easy Granola Recipe

Updated: Dec 13, 2022

At our home Granola for breakfast was reserved for busy days. I always used the store brought granola. However, when my son joined the University and had to stay in hostel, I started to re-thinking breakfast options and was concerned about what I could send along with him which is healthy and easy so that he can quickly fix a healthy breakfast in his dorm kitchen. And granola was my first choice but it was very expensive plus we have no control over the ingredients of shop brought granola, so I decided to prepare it at home from the scratch. Thus started my research into recipe for granola. And after so many trials in my kitchen I hit upon this recipe. This is not only healthy and delicious but it is absolutely easy to make. Just stir together the some dry ingredients (Oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut ) into the mixture of wet ingredients ( Coconut oil, maple syrup, brown sugar), cinnamon powder and salt. Then mix it all together till the dry ingredients is well coated with the wet ingredients. Bake in 356 degree F (180 degree C) for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes, and viola the granola is ready!
