Peanut sauce, also sometimes known as "satay sauce", because originally in Indonesia, it was accompanied with satay, a dish of grilled skewered meat. This is super easy sauce/dressing, which can be mostly made with pantry items. It's made by mixing peanut butter with the following ingredients soy sauce, sweetner like honey/maple syrup/brown sugar, spicy Siracha Sauce, aromatic like garlic and ginger, rice vinegar/lime juice, and little water/coconut milk. It forms smooth and ultra creamy sauce. It has a bit tanginess, a mild sweetness and a spicy kick; even kids will love it. It's versatile, it can be used as dipping sauce or salad dressing.
It's delicious accompanied with raw/roasted/grilled vegetables or roasted/grilled chicken or fruites like apples, mangos, for dipping your favorite starters or drizzeled on noodles and salads. This recipe yields around 1/2 cup sauce.

Add all of the ingredients except for the water or cocnonut milk to a medium-sized mixing bowl or a mixer/blender one by one. And whisk them together until smooth and well combined. (If the peanut butter is difficult to whisk at room temperature, it can be warmed for 10-20 seconds in the microwave to soften it up and make it easier to mix with the other ingredients. )
Step 2:
Next add warm water or cocnut milk and adjust the consistency as required.
Step 3:
Taste test and add anything required according to taste. And serve garnihed with red chilli flakes and chopped peanuts.
