Updated: May 23, 2022

Those of you who have not been introduced to chia pudding, may think seeing the picture above that the pudding calls for lot of work to do. But trust me friends, this pudding as I mentioned in the tittle itself is the easiest pudding recipe in the world that I have known till now, yet it is so healthy, yummy and satisfying. When I first made this pudding, I could not believe myself how little there is to do in making this pudding. It is like magic!

Those of you who know me or read about me might know that I am a health enthusiast and I love to explore about various food from all over the world. Chia seeds entered my radar from long time as it is considered super food. I found out that it contains all things good for our body like minerals, omega-3 fat, antioxidants, and fiber. Just when I was searching for ways to include it in my diet, I found this recipe. And I thought, I will give it a try. I fell in love with this pudding immediately as it is super easy. Also, we can prep it ahead of time. And most of all there is NO-COOKING involved! Hence it is ideal for those who are working, busy, have no much time to cook and those staying in hostels or away from home. It is so easy to whip up. Just mix chia seeds, milk (Almond milk, Coconut milk, Cashew nut etc.) of your choice and sweeteners and let it rest. And in few hours the seeds get transformed into awesome pudding consistency. Only we need to work out what kind of consistency you and your family likes. At our home we don't like the watery consistency, we like the thick and creamy consistency. So the recipe I am sharing is like how we like it at home.
