How to make Best Peanut Butter at home in few seconds

If you have few seconds to spare, roasted peanuts and a mixer/food processor, then we can make best peanut butter ever. We can also flavour it with salt and maple syrup/sugar/honey if you wish. when we make homemade peanut butter it's super healthy as we have control of the salt, sugar or any unhealthy fats. Also, it's much cheaper. And there is something magical and satifying in watching the whole peanuts transform in seconds into the smooth, creamy butter. The texture and flavour is just amazing, it beats any store bought peanut butter. If you have not yet tried making peanut butter at home, you should try. And surely you will never again buy from the shop again.

Peanut butter is rich with many health promoting nutrients. It includes minerals like magnesium, selenium, iron etc. and vitamins like E and B6. It has fiber and lots of fat but most of it is the unsaturated type which lowers bad cholesterol. Hence its super healthy to try to include in our diet. It's versatile so there are many ways to include them in your diet. One cup of raw or rosted peanut yields nearly 3/4 cup butter.

 

Ingredients Required

1 cup raw peanuts

1/8 tsp salt or to taste, (optional)

1/8th tsp cinnamon powder(optional)

1/4 tsp vanila essence(optional)

1/4 tsp honey/maple syrup(optional)

Oven/heavy bottom pan

Mixer/blender

Let’s Get Started

Step 1:

Roast the penuts on a heavy bottom pan over low to medium flame until it turns aromatic or roast it in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 18o dergree centigrade and set it aside to cool.


Step 2:

when it warm to touch, de-skin the peanuts. And while it still is warm to touch, blend it in the mixer/foodprocessor pusing every 30 seconds. It will first form peanut flour and then goes through few more stages and forms smooth, creamy peanut butter consistency. At this point if you want flavour it with salt, sugar / maple syrup, cinnomon etc. etc.

Step 3:

Transfer the penut butter into a air tight container and store in the refregerator. It stay good upto a month.

 

Serving Instruction and Conclution

This super healthy homemade peanut butter can be use to make PB&Js or PB&banana or just spread it onto bread or crackers for a healthy snack or use peanut butter as an ingredient in your favorite recipes, like cookies or brownies etc. You can use it to make peanut or satay sauce as well. If you add 1 tbsp of peanut butter to 1 cup warm water and blend you get 1 cup of peanut milk. Top off your favorite drink with a dollop of this creamy goodness! You'll never drink plain coffee again once you try this trick.
